Famous Artists
Benjamin Shah, Paul Klee, Kandinsky, Claude Monet, Albert Durer, Mondrian...
Pablo Picasso
Pablo is a Spanish artist that is quite famous for the many different styles that he has demonstrated. The painting styles that he has demonstrated were realistic, The Blue Period, The Rose Period, Cubism. He was not only a painter, he also was a sculpture. Check out his works of art at www.MOMA.org
One of my favorite works from Picasso is The Artist's Eyes, 1917
Leonardo Da Vinci
I love teaching about Leonardo, a Renaissance Artists from the 1400's, because he was an excellent role model in drawing, scultping, science, math and so much more. His ability to create and design the helicoptor and the giant cross bow or even the tank in the early 1400's is amazing. He spent the majority of his life creating masterpieces of all kinds.
Some of my favorite's drawings from Leonardo are his sketch book drawings.
