Art Grading Criteria
Art is a discipline and the artworks produced need to be assessed in order to ascertain the development of the students’ skill and knowledge. The developed criteria for grading, I will use when evaluating student artwork is the rubric below. For each criteria, the students receive a number based on the above rubric within the grade book. The average of all the grades during each 9 weeks will be totaled together within Pinnacle (the PCSB gradebook). Pinnacle is available on the school board website for parents to view at any time.
